Refund Policy for Exposure Leads to Expansion Trips

At The Student Stakeholder, LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel their registration for Exposure Leads to Expansion Trips. To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Cancellation Periods and Refund Amounts

  • More than 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a non-refundable processing fee of $125.

  • 40-60 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

  • Less than 40 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@thestudentstakeholder.com with the subject line "Refund Request” & Name

  • Include the participant's name, trip details, and reason for cancellation in the request email.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Trip Cancellation by The Student Stakeholder, LLC

  • In the unlikely event that The Student Stakeholder, LLC cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible regarding any trip cancellations.

5. Transfer Policy

  • If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another eligible participant (with prior approval) up to 14 days before the trip, subject to availability.

6. Special Considerations

  • In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, participants may request a review of their situation for potential exceptions to the refund policy. Documentation may be required.
